"I Don't Chase, I Attract" Manifestation

When it comes to manifestation, there are many things you can do to accelerate–or prevent–your desires from coming to fruition.

Your beliefs are powerful, and they can influence what you're capable of experiencing and what's able to manifest within your life.

Attracting anything starts with believing it's yours.

But, in order to find success, you can't "chase" your desired manifestation. This puts out the energy that you don't already have it. It amplifies a state of wanting, i.e. not having, instead of attuning your vibration to already having your desire.

Your vibration attracts more of itself, so you can see why it's important to be in a state that resembles already being at the point you want to reach.

Think about the most important desire you have. Are you allowing it into your life? Or, are you chasing it?

If you're looking for prosperity, how would it feel for money to come to you easily and effortlessly?

If you want to manifest confidence, how would being confident in every room, any space, and around any person feel?

In your meditation, tap into your inner power and try to cultivate the feeling of having these desires come into your life effortlessly.

See the law of attraction working in your favor, and let the process of your manifestations unfold naturally.

Repeat your meditative scene many times until it begins to feel like a memory.

This is how you know it's been properly impressed onto your mind.

With time, you'll break any negative thought patterns that don't believe you're capable of experiencing your desires.

Affirmation

Affirmations are a great way to change your thoughts and transform your mind. Affirmations evoke positive energy within your life and can work miracles in helping you achieve your desires.

When you practice gratitude, you're opening up the possibility of attracting your wildest desires.

Spending time expressing gratitude daily is a great way to change your mindset and focus more on what you enjoy about life than what you don't.

Gratitude and appreciation are the paths of least resistance, which help you attract rather than chase your desires.

Simply find something you're grateful for in your life and think about why you're actually grateful for it.

When you focus on the finer details of your gratitude, you're letting the universe know exactly what you enjoy and want out of life, and your manifestations will become a reflection of this. Don't chase your manifestations with feelings of lack or inadequacy.

Look at your life as the beautiful gift that it is, be grateful, and begin to attract more gratitude into your life.

Scripting

You create a new way of thinking through your words and intention when scripting.

You can simply write the phrase "I don't chase I attract" over and over again until you've embedded it into your mind.

Or you can write a journal entry of a scene that affirms that you have easily attracted your desire. When doing this, use as many of your senses.

See your desire, hear your desire, feel your desire. Include conversations with friends talking about your manifestation coming to pass.

Seek ways to describe how it would feel if you truly did attract what you desire without having to change anything.

Scripting is best done either first thing in the morning is the last thing you do at night.

Don't Chase, Attract!

There is nothing in this world that requires you to chase it in order for it to be yours. Wealth, happiness, peace, and freedom are all energetic states of being that can only be achieved when you allow them into your life.

Embody these states as if they're already yours, and soon you will experience them making their way into your life.

Find your Favorite Affirmation

Over time, you may deeply internalize the "I don't chase, I attract" manifestation mindset and look to find other affirmations.

Fortunately, there are plenty of manifestation affirmations that can tune you into specific frequencies (e.g. for attracting love, money, etc.) It can be good to switch affirmations when you find that they become "stale."

In other words, if you have used an affirmation to the point that you believe it fully and your reality reflects it, then it could be refreshing to switch to something else.

What Comes Next?

It takes time to master controlling your state and maintaining the energy of having instead of needing. Once you do, you will naturally look towards greater heights in your manifestation practice.

Fortunately, understanding the law of attraction and applying it for a successful life is a long pursuit. You can focus on specific manifestations, like a house or being able to do your passion full time. If you are truly reaching for the higher levels of existence, you can go as deep as manifesting your soul's purpose.

No one omits perfectly positive energy all the time. Year after year, you should work on refining your thought energy to be more optimistic, self-respecting, and happy. You'll be able to bring increasingly wondrous things into your life in shorter timeframes.

Final Thoughts on Attracting instead of Chasing

If you take one thing away from reading this, let it be this: satisfaction with what you have is much more powerful than desire for something you do not have. Even if you are working towards something, still be content with the present moment.

There is a difference between trying to get something when you're happy and want it to enhance your life, versus feeling incomplete without something and needing it.

The same pursuit, say for the money, can be either an act of self-love or an act of desperation, depending on the frame of you pursuing it.

So don't be one to chase... be one who attracts!
